At the end of kindergarten age, there is a crossing point between the VHFS and the VHS. In primary school age, we also provide entry opportunity to the VHS for the siblings.
For the children reaching kindergarten age in the VHFS (and born in the VHR) we would create a VH kindergarten, and later, a primary school. These VH educational institutions would provide, quality, differentiated and integrated education in a way that is also attractive to middle- and upper class families. We would make the entrance paid to the local middle class and elite and we would realise the comprehensive education that would be applicable to the nationwide educational system as a whole. In the VH educational institutions, the underprivileged Roma pupils who attend for free would make up the majority.
